Right? Anyway, this morning on the metro I saw a sleepy baby. The urge to eat cute things does not stop with humans. I´m not sure what survival instinct this may have evolved from but it´s strong and patent and I´m pretty sure inside everybody.
Today I went to my class at 10.15 and didn´t know that today there was no more class after the break (at 11.05). My profe told me "oh, if I had known this was your first class I would have told you not to come!". One would think I'd have been bothered by the fact that I went to work for nothing, but classes for the past 2 weeks have all consisted of singing Christmas songs and drawing pictures of reindeer, so I really didn't mind. Plus I am wearing a santa hat.. who can be down when wearing a santa hat eh eh????? Now I am in the English Dept room and the profes are discussing childhood stories of hearing their parents doing the dirty. There is no conversation topic off-limits in Spain. Location (school, bank, street, church) matters little.
I´m going to update this soon with photos. Right now I´m going to watch the school choir sing!
edit::
The choir was great! There was also a video done for an English prof that is retiring. There´s a lil party in a bit for him. Unfortunately, after the video was a talent show in which students sang pop songs with great energy and awful, awful pitch. I felt bad, but I had to leave.
Here are fotos from El Pardo! The first couple from Madrid.
